Yes, you can close your account if you wish.
If you have the Onsi app, you can do this yourself through the account page. If you no longer have access to the app, just reach out to us, and we’ll handle it for you. You can also email us at support@onsi.com if you prefer.
Once you request to delete your account, you’ll receive a confirmation email. There is a 30-day grace period before your account is permanently deleted. If you change your mind during this time, let us know, and we can restore your account. At the end of the grace period, you’ll receive a final confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
